FALL GRANT CYCLE
August 1st - September 30th:
Project 360
Final determinations by October 16th, 2024
Funds will be released by October 31st, 2024. Please wait for the Hamilton School District to send you an email with funds confirmation.
August 1st - Oct 31st:
Excel, New Horizon, Arts, Technology, Educator Enrichment (AKA STEPS) and Ventures
Grant presentations (in person or video) on Nov 13th.
Final determinations by Nov 20th, 2024

SPRING GRANT CYCLE
January 1st - April 30th:
Excel, New Horizon, Arts, Technology, Educator Enrichment (AKA STEPS) and Ventures
Grant presentations (in person or video) on May 8th, 2024
STARS (offered only during Spring Cycle-no presentation required)
Final determinations by May 15th, 2024
