What's new this year? Guests are encouraged to wear "Red Carpet Ready" attire to help bring the event theme to life. "A Night at the Oscars" has you our donors the star of this production. Smile on HEF Star's Walk of Fame as the paparazzi greet you at registration. Place your Oscar at the table, enjoy a cocktail and have some fun on our red carpet of games. Don't be shy to walk the ballroom and enter to win the basket raffles and get your picture taken with a favorite celebrity.
The evening will feature: a Wolfgang Puck inspired menu, an amazing live auction, our Too Good To Be True Silent Auction, Basket Raffles, and we'll even introduce some of this years amazing Grant Winners. And also, new this year, a live BAND "Now or Never" featuring parents from the Hamilton School District to dance the night away!!
The attire will be "Cocktail " (or you can go all out and and wear a gown and a bow tie - after all its the Oscars!). Join us for a fun-filled evening at the Milwaukee Marriott West in Pewaukee to support of Hamilton School District's students and teachers. March 11th, 2023. Tickets are available for $80 per person.
Can't make the HEF Gala?
Support HEF by participating in our online Silent Auction! HEF's Silent Auction will feature a large array of amazing gifts that will be listed at on our auction website. Anyone who registers may bid on these remarkable gift baskets, tickets/experiences, wine and spirits, gift cards, and a host of other amazing auction items donated by friends of our organization. The online Silent Auction will open March 9th, 2023 and close at 8:00 p.m. on March 11, 2023. Winning bidders can pick up their items at Associated Bank on the dates/times TBD listed on our website. Prizes can be picked up at the Associated Bank in Sussex from 9am to 11 on March 18th. Look for the HEF Gala signs. Contact us about pickup arrangement via email hef@hamiltoneducationfoundation.org.
