Prizes can be picked up at the Associated Bank in Sussex from 9am to noon on March 13th. Look for the HEF Gala signs as we will be using the deposit drive through to maintain social distancing and the welfare of our donors!

In 2021 we had planned an in-person Gala on March 6th but due to the uncertainty of COVID-19 we will be moving to another format that will allow for the higher levels of community participation.
We are excited to use this opportunity to look at new avenues of fundraising and we will share our plans the coming weeks.
We are excited for the future and hope that you will continue to be at our side as we look for ways to make an impact in our schools and the community.

Thursday March 4, 7PM - All items available for preview on GiveSmart
Friday March 5, 7PM - Bidding opens on Auction Items
Saturday March 6 - 6PM - Raffle, Super Raffle and Auction all open. Auctions close at 10PM.
Sunday March 7, 3PM - Raffle Items Close. All winners announced Sunday Evening.
Saturday March 13 - Item Pickup from 9AM-12PM @ Associated Bank in Sussex.
